About
Frame by Frame Movie Makers is a creative team challenge built around stop-motion animation, the classic technique of moving objects in tiny steps between photos so that, played in sequence, they appear to move on their own.
Each team is challenged to create an original stop-motion sequence based on a theme. Themes can be tailored to your team, a project or your business, so the finished films can carry a real message, launch a product idea or celebrate company goals.
Teams start by storyboarding the result they want to achieve. Then, in their own animation studio, they set up their characters and objects and capture them digitally through a long series of small, careful moves.
When the filming is done, teams play back their videos and watch their stories come to life, with results that are often impressive and almost always hilarious.
