The final section, Alignment Into Action, helps the team identify what to keep, strengthen, change or start doing differently.

How To Use It

Set aside around 45–60 minutes and bring the team together around one printed A3 canvas.

Start by giving everyone a few minutes to reflect individually. Then work through each section as a group.

Encourage people to share different perspectives rather than trying to reach agreement too quickly. The value of the exercise often comes from discovering where assumptions, priorities or expectations are different.

As you move through the canvas, capture the team’s most important ideas rather than every comment.

At the end, use Alignment Into Action to agree on the practical changes the team wants to take forward.

The completed canvas can then become a reference point for future meetings, team reviews and project conversations.
