In Cobot Coding Challenge, teams play a group of research scientists tasked with building and programming a robot that will set a new standard for cobots: collaborative robots designed to work safely alongside people in a shared space.
Teams compete with their eyes on a prestigious technology prize.
First, teams get creative building their robots, then connect them via Bluetooth. Each team chooses from a range of robotic actions, picking something it can achieve within the time that meets the desired outcome. Easy step-by-step 3D instructions in the team kit app guide every stage.
Teams then use a simple block-based coding menu to bring their creation to life, no coding experience needed. The grand finale is a high-energy competitive challenge that makes for an entertaining and rousing spectacle.
