Virtual Vault Heist
Crack the safe, beat the alarms and dig your way back to reality.

About
Virtual Vault Heist captures all the tension and drama of a classic bank heist in a multiplayer virtual reality game.
Participants puzzle their way through several game levels, swapping headsets between stages so that everyone gets to experience a range of next-level VR environments.
During their adventure, teams must solve all kinds of problems: cracking safes, defusing bombs, silencing alarms and, finally, digging their way out of the virtual world and back to reality.
Every level brings a new setting and a new challenge, and the team that works together best moves through the heist fastest. It is fast, immersive and full of laughter, as teammates shout instructions to whoever is wearing the headset.
Learning outcomes
Success in Virtual Vault Heist depends on taking in information quickly, communicating effectively and valuing the individual skills of colleagues.
Participants need to stay aware of their surroundings and communicate clearly when it is their turn in the virtual world, so teammates outside can help. The person in the headset can only succeed if the people outside trust them and listen carefully.
Time is short, so working out which information is relevant to each problem is crucial. Teams learn to filter out noise and focus on what matters.
Deduction and collaborative problem-solving skills are sharpened throughout, and swapping headsets means every person gets to lead at least once. Teams leave with a shared adventure to talk about and a clearer sense of how they communicate under pressure.
